We ship in the United States via USPS, Fedex, UPS. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking number that will allow you to follow the process of your order. 

PO BOX:

At this time, we CANNOT ship to PO Boxes. If an order has a PO Box as a shipping address, we will have to cancel your order.

Heart of Gold is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but "not received" by the customer. Please contact the carrier directly for this rare instance.
